T'Ray Rutledge is the CEO and lead Professional Engineer of Circle R Engineering. His interest in mechanical engineering was first sparked during his service as a crew chief in the United States Air Force.
T'Ray's experience maintaining complex aerospace equipment led to a mechanical engineering degree from Arkansas State University.
With more than 10 years of engineering experience, T'Ray has designed equipment for a wide range of industries, including steel, woodworking, utilities, sanitation, and agriculture.
Broad industry experience has honed his ability to adapt and apply proven engineering principles to new challenges. As a Professional Engineer, he keeps up to date with new advancements in technology to ensure that every design is built on a foundation of diverse, real-world knowledge.
